Leadership Watch is a Nigerian non-governmental organization committed to promoting good governance, democracy, ICT education and sustainable development through research, capacity building, trainings, conferences, lectures and Leadership Role Model Awards.
Established by Dr. Martins P. Iwuanyanwu in January 1999, Leadership Watch works to influence and hold leaders accountable, strengthen their competencies and enhance their skills for effective delivery on the expectations and priorities of the people.
